bst_logoThe ADCC is managed by Blue Sky Thinking, a hands-on, customer-focused association management firm for nonprofits based in Sarasota, Florida.

We provide a full spectrum of nonprofit management services (fundraising, planning, strategy, marketing, operations, finance, team building, programming and board governance) and have worked with 65+ clients over the past 15 years.

Tammy Hauser serves as Executive Director, Caitlyn Sanderson handles Membership, and Erin Hart manages Communications.

Executive Director

Tammy Hauser is the Founder, CEO and lead consultant of Blue Sky Thinking, Inc., a full service national consulting firm for small- to mid-sized arts, culture, and entertainment clients based in Sarasota, FL. Prior to consulting, Tammy spent five years serving as the Director of Education and Community Affairs for the Hennepin Theater Trust which presented more than 300 music, theater, dance and Broadway theater events annually in two large historic theaters in downtown Minneapolis, seven years as a statewide arts grant maker for the Perpich Center for Arts Education and the Minnesota State Arts Board, and as the Visitor Services Manager for the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. Earlier in her career, she worked on for several regional theater and dance companies.

Caitlyn Sanderson
Membership Manager

Caitlyn Sanderson supports The ADCC membership with administration, membership management and event services. She has a background in many types of nonprofit sectors, including museums, academia, health and human services, and campaigns and ballot initiatives. She started her career at the not-for-profit publisher Oxford University Press UK where she worked on digital initiatives. A graduate of New College and Oxford Brookes University (UK), Caitlyn is a Sarasota native and enjoys the Florida sunshine with her husband and daughter.

Erin Hart
Erin Hart
Membership and Communications

Erin Hart currently serves communications functions for The ADCC. Erin has a background in public information and writing, having served as Communications Director at the Minnesota State Arts Board, and as a freelance arts journalist, theater critic, and publicist. She is also an award-winning crime novelist and frequent presenter at libraries and book festivals.
