ADCC Annual Meeting & Gala

During the current COVID-19 situation, The ADCC is exploring all options for its Annual Meeting & Gala right now. The event may not take place on previously advertised dates below as planned, however The ADCC is committed to an in-person event for all members and staff who can attend sometime in late 2020.  With this unpredictable situation we want to do what is best for our Members.

Dance competition owners and staff members, special guests and leading experts in small business management will come together for the sixth ADCC Annual Meeting September 22-24 in Charleston, South Carolina.

New members can attend a New Member Orientation on Tuesday, September 22, before the conference begins.

This year’s Annual Meeting has two components: Workshops & Professional Development, and the Industry Awards Gala.

Workshop & Professional Development sessions were designed to help competition owners and staff:

  • Keep current on dance competition industry issues
  • Expand their business acumen
  • Network with colleagues
  • Get inspired, get connected and get industry-focused information not found anywhere else!

The ADCC Vendor Fair helps Members connect with industry-focused companies who can help them save money throughout the competition and convention season. Past Business Partners & Vendor Fair participants include Custom Built Awards, DRC Video, TourPro Software, ConferenceDirect, DanceComp Genie, Iconic Trophies, LBW Insurance & Financial Services, Crown Awards, Gerriets Dance Floors, HelmsBriscoe, Performance Stage, Inc., PSSL-ProSound & Stage Lighting. Vendors also include Media Partners DanceMedia, DanceCompetitionHub, and Inside Dance magazine.

The Industry Awards Gala celebrate the end of each competition season.

The ADCC Gala features dinner and top-flight entertainment, and our own Industry Excellence Awards recognizing outstanding accomplishments and service within the dance competition industry.
