Passion… If you know Michael Ian Cedar, you cannot hear that word without instantly thinking of him. Michael started doing sound at StarQuest in 1999 and within two years was promoted to Tour Manager. He was immediately interested in learning everything possible about hospitality, management and leadership. From the start, he generated new ideas about how StarQuest could make a true difference in the industry. In 2009, Michael started the StarQuest Concierge Program, combining seamless execution of each event with a more deeply felt personal touch—before, during, and after each event. His passion extends to helping all our staff members learn that we are a hospitality driven producer of dance competition experiences. Michael helps people be the best they can be. He has helped StarQuest become the best it can be—and he does it day in and day out. He has made a powerful impact on StarQuest and we cannot wait to see where his passion and drive takes the entire dance competition industry.
